Shipping policy

Made-to-order production

Fine art prints are produced to order by a fulfillment partner. The delivery estimate shown at checkout includes both production and transit time. Estimates are not guarantees and can change due to destination, carrier conditions, holidays, customs, or production volume.

Rates and destinations

Available shipping methods, destinations, and charges are calculated at checkout from the items and delivery address. Orders may be produced close to the delivery destination when the fulfillment network permits.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent to the email used at checkout when it becomes available. Carrier scans can take time to update after a label is created.

Address accuracy

Review the delivery address before placing an order. Contact selenayjj@gmail.com immediately if it is incorrect. An address change cannot be guaranteed after production or shipment begins. Reshipment costs caused by an incorrect address may be the customer's responsibility.

International orders

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs processing, or local carrier fees. Unless checkout states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for these charges.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

If tracking is stalled, a package is marked delivered but missing, or an order arrives damaged, contact the studio with the order number and relevant photographs. The studio will review the shipment with the carrier or fulfillment partner and arrange the appropriate next step.
