About these terms
These terms govern your use of selenayang.art and purchases made through the linked Selena Yang Shopify store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this site.
Artwork and print listings
Original artwork and fine art prints are distinct products. A print listing does not offer ownership of the original artwork or any copyright. Product images are representative; color and crop may vary slightly across displays and print sizes. Dimensions, prices, availability, shipping, and taxes shown at checkout control the transaction.
Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance, availability, fraud review, and successful payment. The studio may cancel and refund an order when a listing or pricing error occurs, when fulfillment is not possible, or when an order appears fraudulent. Made-to-order production can begin quickly; cancellation is not guaranteed after production starts.
Intellectual property
Artwork, photographs, video, text, branding, and site content are owned by Selena Yang or used with permission. You may view and share links to public pages for personal, noncommercial purposes. Reproduction, resale, model training, commercial display, or other use requires prior written permission unless allowed by law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, impersonate others, violate intellectual property or privacy rights, or use the site for unlawful, deceptive, hateful, threatening, or abusive conduct.
Third-party services
Checkout, fulfillment, video, analytics, and social features may be provided by third parties. Their terms and policies apply to their services. Links do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, the studio disclaims implied warranties not expressly stated and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
